US 84/285 Bridge Work – Camel Rock Interchange in Tesuque

The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) will begin bridge rehabilitation work on US 84/285 at mile marker 174.900 at the Camel Rock Interchange in Tesuque.

The contractor will be working every weekend starting July 29. This project is scheduled to be completed December 2017; weather permitting.

On Saturday, August 5 – US 84/285 northbound lanes will be CLOSED.

On Sunday, August 6 – US 84/285 southbound lanes will be CLOSED.

Traffic will be detoured thru the on and off ramp at the Camel Rock Interchange. Traffic can expect delays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Hasse Contracting Company, Inc. of Albuquerque, New Mexico is the contractor for the project.

Drivers are urged to watch for workers in the area, observe traffic control signs and reduce speed to the posted speed limit. Updates on this project will be posted on the New Mexico Department of Transportation’s road advisory website, http://nmroads.com/.
