SFCC Celebrates Black History Month with multiple events in February

Santa Fe Community College Celebrates Black History Month with “Shades of Color” a series of four events throughout February, all taking place between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4 screening of “Blackdom” video, introduced by Steve Martinez, Ph.D. in the Jemez Rooms. Tuesday, Feb. 12 a conversation with Dr. Jamal Martin, Ph.D., MPH, B.A. on Contemporary Issues Facing People of Color in the Jemez Rooms. Tuesday, Feb. 19 a Black History Panel discussion with Steve Martinez, Ph.D. and guest panelist, George Geder in Board Room, room 223.
