United States men’s soccer legend, Landon Donovan, will be in the USA lineup when its National Arena Soccer Team plays host to Team Mexico in an international arena match scheduled for August 24th at he Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho.
This attractive match is presented by the New Mexico Runners Professional Soccer team of the Major Arena Soccer League 2 and the Santa Ana Star Center. The USNAST is part of the national team program operated by the American Association of Soccer567.
Donovan, who will play for Team USA, is the all-time leader in assists for the U.S. men’s national team while also sharing the all-time scoring lead with Clint Dempsey, as well as owning the second-most international caps. He won a record six MLS Cups, owns the league’s all-time record for assists at 136, and is now the namesake for the league’s Most Valuable Player – the Landon Donovan MVP Award.
In the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL), Donovan plays for the San Diego Shockers.
