New Mexico Activities Association releases its fall state championships information for cross country, football, soccer and volleyball, with all the information on brackets, seeding, dates

It’s almost winter and a sign of it is that now you can check out the annual 2019 New Mexico Activities Association’s Fall State Championships information.

 

High school FOOTBALL will be announced first, with the brackets released via NMAA Website only on Oct. 19 for the 6-man teams at approximately 8 p.m., on Oct. 26 for the 8-man, Class 2A teams at approximately 9 p.m., and on Nov.2, at approximately 10 p.m., the 3A-6A brackets will be released.

 

Brackets will first be released via a seeding/selection show available on

www.nmact.com.

Tickets are $10.00 per game for adults and $5.00 for seniors and military.

Championship locations will be TBO by match-ups.

 

Championships dates are Nov. 9 for 6-man final; No 16 for 8-man final;

Nov. 23 for Class 2A final; Nov 30 for 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A.

Live video screen for championship games can be found on

www.nfhsnetwork.com. Championship brackets/results will be updated at

www.nmact.org.

SOCCER is sponsored by Fuddruckers and will announce its official state

championships on Oct. 27 released via NMAA Website at approximately 5 p.m. Brackets will first be released via s seeding/selection show available on www.nmact.org.

Ticket prices are $15.00 for all for a day pass, $10.00 for adults, and $5.00

for students/ seniors/military.

Championship location is the Bernalillo Soccer Complex.

The first round is Nov. 1-2 at the site of the higher seed. The quarterfinals

are Nov. 6, the semifinals are Nov. 7, and the finals are Nov. 8. The quarters

are expected to take place on a Wednesday through Friday format.

A live video screen will appear on www.nfhsnetwork.com. The

championship brackets/results will be updated on www.nmact.org.

Road construction near tournament venue applies to the Bernalillo Soccer

Complex. US 550 Phase 2 construction (from NM 313 to NM 528) is

planned to begin on Oct. 28. This may cause delays getting to the Bernalillo

SC, so those attending are advised to get there early. Information regarding

this project can be accessed at www.keepimproving550.com.

CROSS COUNTRY is sponsored by Laguna Burger and will be run at Rio

Rancho High on Saturday, Nov. 9.

Tickets are priced at $10 for adults and $5.00 for students/seniors/military.

Live video screen will show the championships on www.nfhsnetwork.com.

VOLLEYBALL is sponsored by Rudy’s “Real Texas” Bar B-Q and its

official brackets will be released via the NMAA Website only on Nov.

10 at approximately 5 p.m.

Ticket prices are $15.00 for all for a day pass, $10.00 for adults and $5.00

for students/seniors/military.

Championship locations are the Rio Rancho Santa Ana Star Center, and Rio

Rancho High School.

Championship dates are preliminary rounds Nov. 14-16, and will contain

modified double elimination rounds. The championship finals are Nov. 16.
