Greenhouse Grand Opening!

Santa Fe Community College Greenhouse Grand Opening. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 14. The Aquaponics & Hydroponics Club invites the public to tours, educational demonstrations, food provided by local businesses, and tastingsof fresh produce. Tours begin at 10:15 a.m. and continue every half hour, with 10:15 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. special fish feeding tours.  Demonstrations include IBC Home Aquaponic System Build (10:45 a.m.), Kratky Hydro (11:45 a.m.), Wonders of Algae Cultivation (1 p.m.), and Flood & Drain Home System Build (2 p.m.) Event takes place at the SFCC Greenhouse, 6401 Richards Ave, adjacent to the Trades and Advanced Technologies Center.
