At CHRISTUS St. Vincent Clinician Group, our goal is keeping our patients healthy and well. We have expanded our services for greater patient care with video and telephone visits providing a convenient alternative to in-office visits.

A video visit is appropriate for most evaluations. A telephone visit is by phone only (no video), and is used if you do not have video capability. Patients can use video or telephone visits for simple illnesses like a cough or cold to more complicated conditions like diabetes or heart disease.

HOW TO SCHEDULE A VIDEO VISIT OR TELEPHONE VISIT

1. Visit ChristusMyChart.org

2. You can also download the free MyChart app and Zoom app to your mobile device. Zoom app also required for computer.

3. Create a New User account or log into your MyChart account

4. Click Schedule An Appointment

5. Select Video Visit

6. Schedule Video Visit date and time

7. Confirm your time, complete e-check in and make payment.

8. Get ready for your visit!

For those who do not have access to a device with a camera for a video visit, call 877-913-3627.

Not Enrolled in MyChart? Sign up today at ChristusMyChart.org.

Log into your MyChart account and begin by clicking the “Schedule an Appointment” button on the website home page, or by tapping “Appointments” on your mobile device.

You can also call 877-913-3627 to have a virtual visit scheduled for you.

DOES MY INSURANCE COVER VIDEO AND TELEPHONE VISITS?

Yes. Both video and telephone visits are covered by nearly all major medical insurances including Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. Many plans are requiring no co-payment. Please check with your insurer for details.
