“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
2 Corinthians 5:7
“Have a little faith,” people will say, but what does it mean?
If we look at the world, it tells us to believe WE can do it—to have faith in ourselves. This is contrary to what the Bible teaches, and the Bible is the source of our faith.
God created the Bible for us, so that we have a relationship with him. Some people may overlook the Bible’s importance, others own a Bible but have never opened it.
What we fail to understand is that the Bible is Gods personal connection to us. He left us a personal guide on how to live while on this earth and more importantly a way to get to know God himself so that our lives may be transformed through him.
So What does the Bible have to say about faith? It says that when we have faith and put our trust in God, He will be with us. He will answer our prayers and give us peace.
As we Immerse ourselves in Gods word, we’ll have more peace, love and strength. Turn to God when life is frightening or uncertain. Let us face the things that we see with the God that we know. This is walking by faith.
The situations in our lives may not change but the power to deal with them does. Instead of struggling alone we can rest with God.
God Bless You
