“Jesus understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin.”

Hebrews 4:15

God’s strength, unlike ours, has the power to consistently strengthen us as it is part of our relationship with Him. Even while we are weak God sympathizes with our weakness, He knows how it feels because Jesus experienced everything we do on a daily basis and much more. God even asks that we place our burdens on Him as He goes with us through this journey called life, because only He has the ability to sustain us.
