“Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.”
Even those who have sinned can rely on the Lord to guide them to heal in times of hardship and sickness.
It’s easy to lose faith when pain is plaguing your mind, body, and soul. But it’s never too late to begin bettering yourself and pushing past this pain. For many, that means healing — from hardships, personal problems, or even just a rough month. No matter the situation, you can count on finding strength in God’s word.
The Bible inspires people each and everyday to embrace healing in a new way, both spiritually and physically. Healing can be so much more than recovery from something. It can symbolize a new beginning and better moments to come in the future. Remember that each day is a new chance to start anew on your journey to healing, and that the most important person throughout it all, is God. Set your sights on God and his comfort will give your heart peace. If you’re physically ill or sick in spirit, remember that God wants health and wholeness for you, and for all the faithful.
God Bless You
