Unless you already know the fix is in, picking winners is merely a speculation, nothing else. It’s like the Lottery where you piece together numbers of your choice.

It’s like looking over the New Mexico state football tournament and deciding to not only think of who looks good, but even include the final score. It’s all off the top of the head with a bit of research included.

The state tournament quarterfinals will be played tonight and tomorrow afternoon. Only 2A has a champion after undefeated Fort Sumner/House overwhelmed Escalante, 55-7, last week. So from 2A, let’s step along to 3A, 4A, 5A, and 6A.

The seeds, the schools, the records, the scores.
