Senators Celebrate “OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY DAY”

The New Mexico State Senate celebrated the oil and gas industry in New Mexico and passed Senate Minority Leader Stuart Ingle’s and Senator Gay Kernan’s  “Oil and Gas Industry Day” Senate Memorial 20  unanimously.

Many Republican and Democrat Senators spoke on behalf of the industry and what it has provided  the state.  They educated their colleagues and members of the public listening to the tribute and memorial.

Senator Kernan said that because of unprecedented revenue the industry has provided the state, it is vital that a memorial is introduced as a reminder of the industry’s  great importance to the State of New Mexico.

Senate Memorial 20- Oil and Gas Industry Day passed the Senate unanimously.
