Join Santa Fe County for a Behavioral Health Town Hall Meeting

By Santa Fe County | March 15, 2017

WHEN: Friday, March 17, 2017, from 1:30 to 3:30

WHERE: Christ Church Santa Fe, 1213 Don Gaspar Avenue

Santa Fe County Community Services Department is creating an Accountable Health Community and conducting a gap analysis to identify challenges and barriers within the County’s health and social service systems.  We want to learn about your experiences with behavioral health and health care in Santa Fe County.  How do we make Santa Fe County a healthier community for people with behavioral health needs?  What health, community, and social services are available, and what are the barriers and challenges faced by you, your family, your neighbors, or those for whom you provide support?

Co-sponsors of the Town Hall Meeting are CHRISTUS St. Vincent, SVH Support, the City of Santa Fe, The Life Link, Santa Fe Recovery Center, Santa Fe Community Foundation, Santa Fe Need and Deed, and Presbyterian Medical Services.
