As reported late last evening, Secretary Ryan Zinke has recommended that the Trump administration rollback protections and significantly alter numerous national monuments, including Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks and Rio Grande del Norte in New Mexico. It is clear that the Trump administration is preparing an unprecedented attack on protected lands in the United States.

At 5 pm today and tomorrow local community members will respond directly to the specific attacks and recommendations for the monuments here in New Mexico. Please come!
