Discussing Primary Care Giving with AARP

AARP New Mexico broadcasts every first Friday of the month at 10am on KSWV radio

On Friday November 3, 2017 AARP New Mexico discussed primary care giving with special guests Gary Giron, Executive Director, the New Mexico Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, Brittany Karnezis, the New Mexico Caregivers Coalition and Tracy W. Wohl, Office of Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care, under the New Mexico Aging and Long-Term Services Department.

AARP New Mexico is hosted by Beth Velasquez, Associate State Director for Communications, AARP New Mexico, and produced by Estevan Gonzales, KSWV radio.

November is National Family Caregivers Month. New Mexico has 419,000 people who are doing some kind of caregiving during the year
