As Mayor of Santa Fe, we brought people together from all walks of life, and we looked out for each other. It’s a different kind of approach, but it helped us solve a $15 million dollar deficit without raising taxes, put an end to Veteran homelessness, created 2,000 new jobs, and tackled climate change and childhood hunger head on.

I know it’s an approach that can work for New Mexico. But we have to pull together. That’s why I’m announcing my campaign for Lieutenant Governor.

I’m looking forward to an open, honest conversations around this state about what it really takes to create jobs and opportunity, and how a new approach can help close the gaps that separate us. I hope you’ll join me, thank you.
