Superintendent Veronica C. Garcia to hold a press conference to address safety and security protocols and concerns

Who: Speakers will include- Lorraine Price, SFPS Board of Education President-Welcome Dr. Veronica C. Garcia, Superintendent of Schools Gabe Romero, Director of Safety and Security-Security Robert Vasquez, Captain-Santa Fe Police Department Carl Marano, Principal of Santa Fe High Santa Fe High School Students

Why: Due to the recent school shootings in Parkland, Florida and Aztec, New Mexico, as
well as a number of threats at schools across the nation, including here in the Santa Fe Public Schools (SFPS), we will share safety and security protocols and upgrades as well as address questions and concerns regarding safety and security in our schools.
