Rain Rain Come this way!!! Rain Garden Ribbon Cutting

By Santa Fe County

We hope you can join us as we celebrate the first (YES, first) rain garden on Santa Fe County property! The Ribbon Cutting is Friday, May 4 at 1:30 p.m. at El Camino Real Trailhead on Constellation Dr.

This project was spearheaded by Santa Fe County Volunteer Coordinator, Carol Branch.  Santa Fe County, Keep Santa Fe Beautiful, The MASTERS Program Charter High School, Santa Fe Watershed Association, The Rain Catcher, and the Sierra Club Foundation all helped pitch in to see this come to fruition.

“The rain garden is a great example of a successful collaboration between so many organizations and is the first of many rain gardens we hope to complete in the County,” said Carol Branch.
