Contemporary Hispanic Market July 27,28 2019 on Lincoln Avenue booth 109

By Santa Fe Hollow Forms
Raymond Barela is a Santa Fe New Mexico native. He began wood working and turning as a young man. Fascinated by what he could create out of wood kept him interested in wanting to do more.
Each piece of art is specially created based on the type of wood, shape and the authentic turquoise that captures Santa Fe’s enchanting landscape and culture. He mainly uses native Mexican wood species like aspen, salt cedar, ponderosaosa, cottonwood,  and piñon, but also uses beautiful woods from other states such as box elder, mesquite, buckeye and others. He also incorporates into his art pieces shed elk and deer antlers.
Raymond is participating in the the Santa Fe Spanish Market this weekend.  Get to the Santa Fe Spanish market early so you can buy a piece of Raymonds art work before they are all gone.  Visit Raymond at booth #109 this saturday and Sunday!
