Here at the Santa Fe School of Cooking, we have just marked our 30th anniversary! We could not be more grateful for the support and generosity of friends new and old who have joined us over the years to celebrate the special flavors, culture and traditions of New Mexico.

…….With gratitude in our hearts and a new year in Santa Fe on our minds, we invite those who are curious about New Mexico’s culinary traditions, and those who already love the taste of the City Different, to join us in 2020––our new schedule is ready to create an appetite for fun.

…….During January and February 2020, we’re bringing back our Bonus Classes, when our guests––that means YOU––help us decide what delicious new flavors and recipes we will be adding to our repertoire. Not only are these classes fun––at $45 each, they’re the best deal of the year!
