We assure you that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation in our local market closely and are working to ensure that we are able to meet the needs of our clients and customers as well as provide for the health and safety of our employees. Although many businesses have been ordered to be shut down, Real Estate Services are considered an essential service business.
We have made the following changes to our operational structure to ensure we are able to best achieve these priorities.
- Temporary closing our office to all walk-ins and public traffic. We will continue business with our customers through emails and phone calls as well as provide any needed maintenance to our managed properties and continue property showings when available.
- Working with customers and clients by appointment basis and in a digital manner whenever possible to promote social distancing.
- Ensure our clients and customers continue to receive excellent service and support while at the same time promoting work from home and limited amount of staff and brokers in the office at one time.
- Practicing preventive measures such as outlined by CDC.
