Santa Fe County Continues to Assist Residents During the Coronavirus Pandemic

By Santa Fe county

In a sustained effort to ease the economic strain on county residents, Santa Fe County has issued an emergency ordinance to waive late fees, penalties, and interest associated with water and sewer payments for customers who work with the Utilities Division to set up payment plans. In addition, disconnection of water and sewer services for non-payment, will also be delayed.

All customers financially impacted by the current COVID-19 public health emergency are encouraged to contact the Utilities Division of Public Works at 505-992-3010 or via email atsfcutil@santafecountynm.gov to set up a payment plan.

The County understands the difficulty some residents may be experiencing and is working to continue providing services to our residents, while we all abide by Public Health Ordersissued by the State.
