HONORING OUR 2020 GRADUATES

By CUFI

In mid-March, it became clear that the rest of the schoolyear would look dramatically different from what many students had ever anticipated. Across the nation, high school seniors and soon-to-be college graduates mourned over unfulfilled dreams: the opportunity to walk across a stage and celebrate a new chapter with friends and family, and the chance to say goodbye to professors and friends, as well as the campuses that had been their homes for four years.

During this significant and difficult time, CUFIonCampus wanted to ensure our students felt seen, valued, and celebrated. To accomplish this goal, CUFI on Campus launched a social media campaign called “Honoring our 2020 Grads” to highlight CUFI on Campus graduates for reaching a momentous milestone and to honor them for their pro-Israel advocacy.

Students have been deeply moved by this campaign. One graduate expressed her gratitude this way:“Thank you CUFI on Campus! You have helped me make amazing connections with wonderful human beings, gave me new perspectives on my worldviews, and funded my dreams to see the world! No thank you could suffice for the impact you have made on my life and the many Israeli lives you are advocating for!”

Another student said, “CUFI on Campus has been a special part of my college journey! I made so many good memories and met so many new friends…May God’s favor be with the Class of 2020 and the entireCUFI on Campus family!”

I’m sure, now more than ever, these students will forever be CUFI family! Our CUFI on CampusDirector, Jessica Marzucco, plans for this campaign to go forward every year. We are certain that the Lord has brought CUFI His treasured students to shepherd, and we are deeply grateful to you for your continued support which allows us to minister to our students at such a deep and personal level.

If you are not already following @CUFI on Campuson social media, I encourage you to do so. You will be inspired by our students’ wonderful achievements for Zion’s sake and bolstered by seeing your donations hard at work each and every day.

We know that the last few months have not only been trying for students, but all of us have felt the effects of the global pandemic in some way or another. This month, we want to express our appreciation for your continued support by sharing a special prayer card with you featuring Isaiah 41:10 for your gift of any amount. Let the Lord’s words to Israel during a time of difficulty encourage you and speak directly to your heart:

“Do not fear, for I am with you;
Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, surely I will help you,
Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” (NASB)

Our divinely appointed mission will continue, by God’s strength and help, and He Himself will enable us to carry it out. Thank you for the vital role you play in the accomplishment of this assignment. I pray that you and those you love are healthy and strong. May God give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11).
