Drive-thru COVID-19 Testing Event for Immigrant Families to be Held on Saturday in Santa Fe

Somos Un Pueblo Unido, the New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) and several local organizations will host another COVID-19 drive-through testing event on Saturday at El Camino Real Academy aimed at reaching Latino immigrant essential workers and their families. To-go meals and food bags will also be available for participants.

Santa Fe’s event is one of several Somos has helped NMDOH organize in New Mexico to support access to COVID-19 testing by immigrant essential workers. Through similar testing events this summer, NMDOH has administered over 600 tests to Santa Fe residents.

WHAT: COVID-19 Drive-thru Testing Event

WHEN: Saturday, September 19, 2020 8:00-11:00 AM

WHERE: El Camino Real Academy (Parking Lot) 2500 S. Meadows Rd. Santa Fe, NM

No-cost testing. No appointment required. No symptoms necessary.

To-go meals and grocery bags available.

Bilingual NM DOH staff will be available.
