PNM reports over 400 outages & 15,000 customers without power

Many customers throughout New Mexico, in particular in the Santa Fe and Albuquerque area have been affected by system wide power outages.

According to a PNM statement “As of right now, there are over 400 outages across our service territory resulting in over 15,000 customers without power due to the inclement weather overnight. Our crews and Operations employees worked throughout the night restoring power. Replacing downed power lines and poles takes time as safety is our number one priority. This power outage has affected both residential and commercial customers. According to the PNM outage map, power is expected to be back by Wednesday afternoon into the evening.
