Gods Purpose is My Purpose

“I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me.”

psalm 57:2

Sometimes we wake up wondering what our purpose in this life is. We look around and see Our friends and coworkers living passionate, engaged, meaningful lives. They have deep relationships, rewarding jobs and a sense of direction that compels them to hop out of bed each morning with a spring in their step.

You know that God has something good in store for you. God doesn’t want you to live a life of painful boring life in which each day is a total drag.

God has numbered your days and will fulfill every purpose He has for us. However, our choices and actions also really matter. In some ways, this is a mystery we can’t fully understand, but that doesn’t mean it’s not true. We can choose to do things that will bring us more joy and give us more of a sense of purpose.

If we enjoy doing something and have the ability to do it then let’s take this opportunity to ask God to join us on a new journey.

God smiles when you do what makes you happy because he created you with love. Just as a parent is happy for their child’s accomplishments, God is happy when we do what we love.
