Relief in Recreation: Pandemic Effects on Recreation in SFNF

The Pajarito Environmental Education Center (PEEC) invites you to a free presentation on how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed recreation spaces and stewardship practices on the Santa Fe National Forest (SFNF).

PEEC will host Jennifer Sublett, Zone Recreation Manager for the Española and Coyote Ranger Districts of the SFNF, on Thursday, March 31, from 7-8 p.m.Sublett has worked in the SFNF recreation program for almost 13 years with experience in trails, wilderness, developed recreation, special uses and volunteer program management. Join the Zoom meeting to hear some ways the community can help their public lands.

This will be a virtual-only event, and people who are interested can register for the event online. Participants will receive an email with a Zoom link to join the broadcast. You do not need a Zoom account, but you will need the Zoom app which you can download here.
