Out and About in Santa Fe

We are out and about in the community! LVSF tutors go to hotels, restaurants, and businesses throughout Santa Fe to work with individuals or small groups of employees on their literacy skills and workplace goals. Employers often provide paid time and space for employees to receive tutoring. We know that literate employees are more likely to be employed full-time, secure benefits, negotiate with management, be promoted, and earn more.

Volunteer tutors are currently tutoring 103 students working at the following businesses:

The Workplace Program is growing significantly, and we receive steady inquiries from individuals and employers seeking our ESL tutoring services to help students succeed in the workplace.
