Yes, elective abortion up-to-birth is legal in 6 states

In last week’s presidential debate, the issue of abortion came up and Democrat Kamala Harris REFUSED to name ANY LIMIT on abortion she supports—this also includes every political candidate endorsed by Planned Parenthood.  Former President Donald Trump pointed out that both Kamala Harris and vice-presidential nominee, Tim Walz support no-limits abortion both before and after birth.

FACT CHECK TRUE: Infants born alive during painful late-term abortions can be left to die without medical care or intervention. Kamala Harris voted against the Infant Born Alive Protection Act that would provide life-saving medical care and hospice care to babies that survive painful late-term abortions.

“Every time a baby’s life is ended in a painful late-term abortion after 5 months, when a baby can survive outside the womb, is in fact, an up-to-birth abortion,” said New Mexico Alliance for Life executive director Elisa Martinez. “I don’t think anyone is surprised that the very people that fight for the right to kill innocent babies up to birth are also capable of lying about it.”

$10 MILLION TAXPAYER FUNDED ABORTION BUSINESS:

As many of you know, just last week, New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham held a secret groundbreaking ceremony for the nation’s first ever taxpayer-funded abortion center in Las Cruces, NM. She bragged about securing “$10 million to establish a clinic in southern New Mexico, crucial for women traveling from restrictive states like Texas.” In other words, New Mexicans are forced to fund her pet abortion project to cater to women from out-of-state seeking to end the life of their baby.  The taxpayer funded abortion center is expected to open in 12 to 18 months. Read more here.
