Wolf ‘n’ Swallow is the brain/lovechild of Chef Houla, a veteran chef with a passion for scratch-made, artisanal creations, and Jennifer Jane, a wine connoisseur with several WSET certifications. Together, they’ve crafted a concept that brings high-end food and wine to the community in a welcoming, unpretentious atmosphere.

At Wolf ‘n’ Swallow, every bite and sip tells a story. The menu features small plates and boards thoughtfully designed for wine pairing. From deviled eggs and chicken liver pâté to vegan delicacies and house-made charcuterie, each dish balances creativity with comfort. The wine selection highlights sustainable, small-batch, natural, and organic producers from around the world, complemented by handcrafted cocktails, sustainable premium caviar, and artisanal brews.

Every Wednesday from 4–6 PM, Wolf ‘n’ Swallow invites guests to join their Wine Tasting Social Club, a weekly exploration of their curated wine program. For a modest fee, guests can enjoy tastes of four wines, selected from their extensive list, offering an approachable way to discover their philosophy and unique approach to wine.
