The Left is trying to crush school choice. The latest sign – a New Jersey father was illegally denied state-mandated transportation to a Christian school.

After the ACLJ filed a lawsuit, an administrative judge ruled the district broke the law. This victory restores the family’s rights and reinforces that school districts cannot sidestep the law to target religious education.
