IDF Strikes Eliminate Hezbollah and Hamas Terrorists

The IDF has retaliated against terrorist incursions in Gaza and southern Lebanon over the past two days. The Jerusalem Post reports that two Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon were eliminated in a strike yesterday, and a Hamas operative was eliminated in Gaza today. The terror groups were reportedly planning attacks on Israeli troops and rebuilding infrastructure.

The earlier strike in Lebanon comes as Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar met with the UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Jeanine Hennis, in Jerusalem on Sunday to discuss regional security and Lebanon’s future.

“I reiterated the importance of Hezbollah’s disarmament for both Israel’s security and Lebanon’s future,” Sa’ar wrote on X/Twitter.

“Efforts have been made in this regard by the Lebanese government and the Lebanese Armed Forces, but they are far from sufficient, among other things, in light of Hezbollah’s efforts to rearm and rebuild, with Iranian support,” he added.

In the same report by The Jerusalem Post, the IDF also reported intercepting a drone smuggling weapons across the Egyptian border. Three M-16s and ammunition were seized and turned over to the authorities.

The IDF confirms that Hamas continues to violate the ceasefire that took effect last October. The Fellowship and our supporterspray for the brave men and women of the IDF and remain grateful for their dedication to keep their home and neighbors safe
