The ACLJ has drawn a line in the sand against CNN and the far-Left media’s campaign of distortion.

We JUST filed at the U.S. Supreme Court against CNN to end the judge-created rule that protects far-Left media outlets and allows them to peddle lies, smears, and propaganda against people of faith and constitutional defenders – without consequence.

During President Trump’s impeachment, CNN lied and defamed constitutional scholar Alan Dershowitz in front of millions of viewers. Mr. Dershowitz was defending the Constitution on the Senate floor alongside our own Jay and Jordan Sekulow. CNN then refused to retract the smear.

It’s time for CNN and the far-Left media to finally face accountability and end their reckless practices.

A federal judge even said the evidence showed CNN displayed “foolishness” and that its coverage was defamatory – but that a broken Supreme Court ruling still shields CNN from accountability. This is a constitutional crisis.

We have filed a landmark petition at the U.S. Supreme Court – asking the Justices to hear this case and rein in the media’s abuse of this court-created shield.
