Throughout Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, Iran and Hezbollah launched attacks across northern and central Israel. Major infrastructure and communities near the Lebanese border were targeted. According to JNS, one such Hezbollah rocket strike in the Upper Galilee killed a 27-year-old woman and injured two others. This comes as IDF and IAF operations in southern Lebanon intensify.
The Magen David Adom emergency response group said medics responded to reports of a woman who was found “with no signs of life and severe multi-system trauma” near the Mahanayim Junction in the Rosh Pina area, adding that her death was pronounced at the scene.
“MDA teams treated two individuals at the scene who were lightly injured by glass shards and did not require evacuation to a hospital,” it said.
Moshav Margaliot later named the slain victim as Nuriel Dubin, 27, a resident of the agricultural community. Dubin worked as a youth counselor and a preschool assistant and also served as a combat reservist in the Israel Defense Forces, the moshav stated.
The IDF is reported to have hit multiple terror targets in Lebanon last night which included a command center near Beirut and other sites near the border that host operatives and store weapons. Some of these targets included gas stations, which Hezbollah uses to fund their terror activities under the cover of civilian infrastructure. Last night, the IAF also returned fire against a group of terrorists shooting rockets towards IDF troops over the border.
Meanwhile, Iran continues to target major Israeli cities like Tel Aviv. Last night, the Islamic regime attempted to strike the Orot Rabin power station in Hadera, the largest one in Israel. Thankfully, the rockets didn’t hit the power plant and the Israel Electric Corporation assessed that no damage had been done.
The Fellowship and our supporters pray for the family of Nuriel Dubin and remember her for her passion to work with and educate children in her community. We also pray for the protection and success of the IDF in the war against terror, and that their efforts will finally lead to shalom, peace
