Preparing the Way for God’s Word in Our Nation’s Capital

As you may know by now, Christians Engaged, a sister ministry of Family Policy Alliance Foundation, is hosting what we believe will be the largest Bible-reading event in American history, America Reads the Bible.

We can’t enter into a moment like this without prayer, so before 475+ leaders gather inWashington, D.C., April 18–25 to read God’s Word aloud over our nation, we are coming together for a special America Reads the Bible National Prayer Call:

• Thursday, March 5
• 7:00–7:30 pm CT / 8:00–8:30 pm ET

I will be joined by Jenny Donnelly, Father Frank Pavone, Jaco Booyens, and Congressman Gary Palmer

For seven days in our nation’s capital, Scripture will be proclaimed publicly — declaring truth, life, and the authority of God’s Word over America.

But before we take the stage in D.C., we go to our knees.

We will pray for:

• Boldness for every reader
• Hearts across America to betransformed
• God’s Word to speak to the most critical issues of our time
• A fresh spiritual awakening in our nation

God’s Word changes hearts. And changed hearts change nations.
