It’s one of the most EVIL bills we’ve ever seen, and TODAY we must take action to stop the madness.

California passed a perinatal infanticide bill allowing babies to be killed up to 28 DAYS AFTER BIRTH.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz signed a law sealing a death sentence for babies born alive after failed abortions – effectively repealing their born-alive protections law. And now he’s trying to expand the evil. Similar bills that could effectively legalize infanticide by blocking investigations of infant deaths are being voted on in other states.

It’s monstrous.

And a pro-life bill that would ban infanticide nationally was BLOCKED by Senator Schumer.

We must fight back as this evil spreads. We’ve been filing at state Supreme Courts nationwide to defend life, and there is a hearing in one of those cases TODAY. We’re fighting on Capitol Hill to pass the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. And we just testified before a state legislature to stop a bill that would “effectively legalize infanticide.”
