Two Lives Lost in Iranian Attack in Central Israel

Iranian missile barrages have been launched into central Israel over the past two days. The Jerusalem Post reports that two people have been confirmed dead—one was found at the scene of the attack, and the other was taken to Sheba Medical Center before succumbing to injuries. Both victims were discovered unconscious at a construction site, suffering from severe shrapnel wounds. It was also reported that eight people were wounded in the same barrage of attacks from the Islamic Republic.

“Immediately after the sirens, we received reports at MDA about several scenes in central Israel and were dispatched to search them all,” MDA paramedic Liz Goral said. “One of the scenes in central Israel was at a construction site. It was a difficult scene. The two casualties were lying unconscious and suffering from severe shrapnel injuries to their bodies.”

“After performing resuscitation efforts, we had to pronounce the death of a man, approximately 40-years-old, and we evacuated the second casualty in serious condition by Mobile Intensive Care Unit to the hospital.”

Additional reports from the latest attacks indicate that multiple residents and communities experienced power outages. The Israel Electric Corporation reported that the majority of the damage occurred in the northern and central parts of the Holy Land. Corporation teams are working around the clock to restore power to the affected areas. There is some hope, as the total number of missiles fired by the Iranian regime has reportedly decreased from about 100 per day to around 10.

During these attacks, millions of people were forced into bomb shelters and safe rooms. The Fellowship and its supporters stand with Israel and her people, who need us now more than ever, and pray for their safety. We also pray for the families of the latest victims.
