In Nigeria, over 19,000 believers have been massacred in just six years. Recently, a beloved math teacher and eight other Christians were beheaded. 50 innocent children – most under age 5 – were abducted. ISIS terrorists slaughtered dozens as they bowed in prayer.
Nine Christians were massacred under the cover of night with axes and knives, including women and children. The violence was so severe that it plunged Nigeria into a period of mourning, desperate for respite from the killing.
In the Congo (DRC), Islamic jihadists are conducting a town-by-town extermination of Christians. In a period of three weeks, 76 Christians were hunted down and slaughtered – beheaded, executed in groups, and dragged from their homes.
Their ultimatum is savage and always the same: Deny Christ or die.
TODAY is the final deadline for 14 Universal Periodic Review reports at the U.N. Human Rights Council. We are exposing religious persecution and human rights violations in the Middle East and Africa – demanding accountability on the world stage.
