Infanticide Bill PASSED

A newborn baby should be safe from the moment they take their first breath.

But now, shocking new laws and ballot initiatives are putting that most basic protection in jeopardy.

Governor Newsom, who claims that Jesus’ command to “love your neighbor” means we should kill babies, signed a gruesome bill into law in California.

By intentionally using the word “perinatal” – not “prenatal” (before birth) – the law would effectively allow a living child to die up to 28 days after birth. That’s infanticide.

In Virginia, unlimited abortion is on the ballot in November and could usher in a wave of lawsuits stripping all protections and leaving newborns vulnerable. More pro-abortion initiatives are on the ballot in Nevada and Idaho.

And Massachusetts just enacted a bill that’s being called “infanticide dressed up as healthcare.” We know Planned Parenthood has been sponsoring these EVIL initiatives.

We warned of the absolute horror this would unleash. But this is just the beginning. Other states WILL ATTEMPT TO LEGALIZE infanticide. We testified – defeating a similar bill in MD. And we just filed a new FOIA in MA.

We’re ready to fight all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary to defend infants from this new threat. But taking on the nearly unlimited firepower of the abortion industry requires significant resources.
