First-come, first-served camping at Hyde Memorial State Park will begin May 15

The Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD), State Parks Division announces a delayed opening date of May 15^th for first-come, first-served camping at Hyde Memorial State Park due to road construction. During normal conditions, first-come first-served camping begins May 1^st at Hyde Memorial.

 

The delayed opening of May 15^th is a necessary precaution for the safety of staff and park visitors during current road construction.
