It’s nothing new, it happens weekly. Injuries, player suspensions and the Las Vegas early college football odds take a bounce.
In undefeated third-ranked Alabama’s Saturday game at unbeaten No. 6 Tennessee, Bama’s odds dropped from 13 and a half to seven. In undefeated fourth-ranked Clemson’s tilt at twice-beaten unranked Florida State, the odds fell from 10 and a half to 3 and one half.
At unranked SMU Friday versus also unranked Navy, the odds toppled from 20 and a half to 12 and a half.
Also on Friday, odds went up as UTSA went from 27 and a half at Florida International to 33 and a half.

In a Big Ten contest of unranked teams, Minnesota went from 3 and a half to 6 and a half at Illinois, at Oklahoma in the Big 12, the fading Sooners, now 3-3 with three straight losses, went from a 7-point favorite over No. 19 Kansas to 8 and one half.
In the Troy-Texas State contest, Troy went from a 14 and a half pick up to 16 and one half, it was also a jump for undefeated No. 25 James Madison going from 10 and one half to 14 and one half at Georgia Southern.
