Infanticide Bill PASSED

One of the most disturbing pieces of legislation we’ve ever confronted is back – and critical year-end deadlines are looming.

States are shockingly passing bills to allow babies to be killed AFTER BIRTH.

Places like New Mexico, Colorado, Minnesota, Maryland, D.C., and Oregon (10 in all) already allow abortion up to the moment of birth – or what we call live-birth abortions. But now the abortion lobby is pushing even more extreme measures, testing the waters of infanticide.

Gavin Newsom signed a California bill that could allow infants to be killed up to 28 days after birth. Maryland tried to pass its own version (which we helped defeat).

By replacing “prenatal” (before birth) with “perinatal” (which includes the period after birth), the law effectively legalizes infanticide.

Now Washington state has enacted a similar measure blocking inquiries into infant deaths, giving evil a foothold and leaving babies decimated. Meanwhile, a federal bill to protect infants born alive was BLOCKED by Senator Schumer.

We’re fighting back nationwide: filing briefs in state Supreme Courts to defend life, launching an infanticide investigation in New Mexico, pushing Congress to pass the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, and sending legal demand letters to stop these dangerous bills.

Confronting laws this extreme – and protecting vulnerable babies – requires significant resources.
