PASTORS ARRESTED in Chicago, NYC, Atlanta

250 years ago, American colonists battled a king who silenced ministers who dared dissent. They fought back and that victory led to the First Amendment that we enjoy today.

Patriots didn’t bleed for freedom so preachers could be arrested for using it.

In Chicago, Brett and two fellow preachers did something that never used to be a crime in America – they preached the Gospel. Within weeks, one by one, each was handcuffed and arrested on the very same corner.

It’s not just Chicago. Near Atlanta, Jason Cantrell stood on a public sidewalk with a city-issued permit – Bible open, sharing the Gospel – yet the city shut him down the moment someone complained. One complaint is all it took.

We got Jason’s criminal charges dismissed – but we didn’t stop there. TODAY is a critical deadline in the federal lawsuit we filed to strike down this unconstitutional ordinance once and for all.

We MUST act, or we could lose the blessing of liberty secured 250 years ago.

TODAY we are launching our Liberty Drive to protect religious liberty. Have your gift DOUBLED to defend pastors and the Gospel. $25 becomes $50; $50 becomes $100.

Have your Gift DOUBLED. Defend Religious Freedom.

The ACLJ is the last line of defense for liberty in court, but we need you to take action with us as we go to court.
