As you recall, Chicago arrested Brett and two fellow preachers for proclaiming the Gospel on a city street corner. The charges were bogus – the video evidence proves it. We got the criminal charges dismissed – and we are now in federal court to hold Chicago accountable.

But months after discovery began, the city still refuses to hand over key evidence – stonewalling access to critical records.

We were just in court on Thursday after we filed a motion to compel Chicago. The judge’s demand to the city was clear: “Stop monkeying around.”
