Los Alamos – NM 502 Pavement Preservation Work Eastbound Lane Closures – October 6

The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) continues pavement preservation work on NM 502 from milepost 8.50 to milepost 18.50 (Totavi Gas Station to Cities of Gold). The contractor has completed the westbound lanes of NM 502, and they are now working on the eastbound lanes.

Starting October 6, NM 502 eastbound lanes will be reduced to one lane for the next four weeks. Motorists can expect delays Monday thru Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. No work on Sundays. This project is scheduled to be completed October 30; weather permitting.
