By NM Department of game and fish
Morphy Lake State Park will temporarily close the boat ramp effective Friday, May 4, 2018 due to the lake levels dropping below the end of the ramp.  Although the boat ramp access is closed, hand launching of small craft such as kayaks and canoes is still allowed. Fishing, camping, and day use are still available at the park.
The State Parks Division offers free boating safety classes around the state and on-line throughout the year. For more park information, call the park at (575) 387-2328, call 888- NMPARKS or visit www.nmparks.com
