Strength in unity

Despite these dark times, Christians United for Israel remains focused on a single goal: empowering and educating Christians to stand with Israel and the Jewish people. Our mission requires not only strength in numbers but also strength in unity. The powerful unity between our millions of members is what produces miracles in our efforts on behalf of Israel and the Jewish people.
Psalm 133:1 says, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity”  (KJV)

CUFI’s 2020 Virtual Summit, made possible only by your generous support, was a monumental success. The first event of its kind, our 2020 Summit demonstrated that when Christians stand united in common cause on an issue near and dear to the heart of almighty God, incredible things take place—and the nation took note.

CUFI on Campus likewise held a national Summit for hundreds of college students across the nation. Hailing from a wide array of institutions including Harvard, UCLA, Rutgers, Columbia, Regent University, Liberty University, Biola University, and Florida State University, CUFI on Campus students tuned in from their homes with other students or with their families to participate in this year’s Virtual Summit.

Our CUFI on Campus Regional Coordinators hosted impactful sessions for our students, highlighting key issues pertaining to campus activism. Students also heard from their peers – top student activists on campuses across the nation who shared their strategies for debunking the anti-Israel narrative on campus and sharing the truth about Israel. Students addressed common statements heard on Campus such as “Zionism is racism,” “Israel is an apartheid state,” and other such false allegations.

After the Summit, students shared the impact Summit had on them. The CUFI Chapter President at the University of New Mexico, shared this inspiring testimony:

As the Fall semester begins, it is more critical than ever that we support our CUFI on Campus students who are on the frontlines of the propaganda war against Israel. On the college campus, anti-Semitic rhetoric has become more brazen than ever before. As many campuses have moved to online platforms, the potential for anti-Israel detractors to sow hate looms large.

During these difficult transitions, we must pray fervently for our CUFI on Campus students. Pray that their boldness does not falter, their uncompromising commitment to standing with Israel and the Jewish people does not waver, and their faith does not fail.

With the stakes higher than ever, as anti-Semitism rises in our nation at an unprecedented rate, our mission to empower and equip college students with the tools and encouragement they need to advocate for Israel on their college campuses is critically important.

We are grateful for your prayers and support which enables us to continue to raise up students across the nation to stand with Israel and the Jewish people on one of the most critical battlegrounds in our nation—the college campus.

Our unity in mind and mission is what makes us strong. Psalm 133 attests to the beautiful blessing that flows to God’s people when they are united under the same banner of love in action. Thank you for remaining united with us; may God richly bless you and those you love for blessing His people (Genesis 12:3). Together, by God’s grace, we will continue to grow stronger than ever before through our united prayers and action.

Thank you for doing your part to ensure Israel is secure and her people are safe.
