Greetings – the NMSU Foundation is pleased to share that a new flash campaign, Founders Day|1888 Minutes of Giving, was announced earlier today!
Founders Day recognizes the 1888 establishment of Las Cruces College, now our beloved NMSU. To mark this historic occasion, for 1,888 minutes — from April 23 at 10 a.m. to April 24 at 5:28 p.m. — donors can make a gift of any size that will carry NMSU’s legacy forward.
During those 1,888 minutes, alumni and friends can strengthen student emergency services, empower our community colleges, fortify scholarships, support entrepreneurship, or provide student research and study abroad opportunities.
Take a step as ambitious as the founders of our great university and help secure the future for thousands of students with a gift during Founders Day|1888 Minutes of Giving! The Foundation’s goal is to raise $188,888. Anyone can support scholarships, academic programs, research endeavors or campus enhancements. Select programs include athletics, student services, the library, Honors College, Arrowhead Center, NMSU-Alamogordo, Doña Ana Community College and NMSU-Grants, or participating programs in each of the academic colleges.
Thank you for your support and be sure to spread the word – a gift at any level, to any program, will help make a lasting impact!
