HB11 has passed the Senate Tax Committee and is now moving to its final committee, the Senate Judiciary Committee, before the Senate Floor vote.
SB258 – The Human Sexuality Education Bill – This bill mandates a radical, statewide human sexuality curriculum without requiring parental consent, stripping parents of their right to guide their children’s education.
