Our elections are under attack – this time in LA. Thousands of mail-in ballots dropped over the weekend, changing the mayoral election.

It’s been called “statistically impossible,” but it happened.

We’ve seen it time and time again, leading to fears of fraud. Somehow, the mail-in ballots always break overwhelmingly for the Left.

Yet when conservatives dare suggest voter ID or other measures to strengthen the integrity of our elections, we’re accused of fearmongering. It’s disturbing, and it can’t be allowed to continue.

Across the country, the Left is pushing to allow ballots to be counted for days – or even weeks – inviting chaos after Election Day. Voter safeguards are being gutted, voter ID laws are shot down, and mass mail-in voting and ballot harvesting are pushed.

At the ACLJ, we’re fighting back. We filed at the U.S. Supreme Court to defend Election Day, to affirm that it isn’t “Election Week,” and to stop unlawful ballots from being counted for days on end. We defeated the Trump ballot ban at the Supreme Court – and we stand ready to fight again.
