China Has AMERICAN PASTOR Arrested in DC

The Chinese Communist Party wants to silence an American pastor – and American law enforcement helped make it happen.

Rev. Patrick Mahoney was peacefully praying on the public sidewalk outside the Chinese Embassy in Washington, D.C. He wasn’t rioting or threatening anyone. He was displaying signs on a public sidewalk – exercising his First Amendment rights.

Yet Chinese Embassy officials rushed outside and had U.S. law enforcement arrest him – on the streets of our nation’s capital.

This is America – not Communist China.

Across the country, Christians are being arrested for living out their faith.

In Colorado, officials shut down weekly worship services in a public park. In Phoenix, a judge had to order a city to allow a church to feed the homeless.

In Chicago, we took the city to federal court after three preachers were arrested for preaching the Gospel. Now, we’re fighting the city’s delay tactics and pressing forward to hold officials accountable.

TOMORROW, our attorneys will be in criminal court in D.C. to defend Rev. Mahoney. We’re fighting to protect his constitutional rights and ensure government officials answer to the U.S. Constitution and not Communist China.

As we defend pastors from arrest and prosecution across the country, we urgently need your support. Donate before tomorrow’s deadline.
